Terms & Conditions

·      Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur full charges.

·      Cancellations made within 6 months will incur loss of deposit.

·      Netherurd operates a strict no smoking policy.

·      Dogs are not permitted in the house or grounds.

·      The customer shall make good all damage howsoever caused as a result of their booking.

·      The customer accepts responsibility for all health and safety issues.

·      All costs are subject to a 5% year on year increase.

·      Accidents and injury must be reported to the senior staff member on duty.

·      Trading of any sort is not permitted from Netherurd unless prior written approval has been received.

·      Any third party (including personal) electrical equipment must have appropriate electrical testing certification.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of total booking is required.  Cheques should be made payable to The Guide Association Scotland, please enclose a SAE for receipt.  Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.  VAT will be added to invoices, except where the event is exempt from VAT.

Requests for training aids should be made, in writing, a minimum of 14 days prior to the event.
